How it works with Happy Living.
1. Have a chat with us.
Give us a call on 1300 911 728 and speak with one of our Chinese-speaking Care Experts. We’ll help you understand how Support at Home works and guide you through the process.
2. Sign up with us.
Your Care Expert will arrange the sign-up documents for you to complete online. We will guide you through this process. Once your sign-up is finalised you will be assigned a Care Manager. They will prepare your Individual Care Plan and Budget, and ensure it matches your unique care needs.
3. Get your care services started.
Once you’ve signed with Happy Living, we will get your services started. You will set up services with your dedicated Care Manager! You have more choice over who delivers your care services than with other Providers. We give you more choice and control.
4. Your Care Team are there to support you.
You will have a dedicated Care Manager to support you throughout your care journey. At Happy Living, you self-manage your care with our expert guidance. This means you have control and flexibility to choose the services and carers that best suit you, while still receiving support from your Care Manager when you need it.
5. Tools to assist you along the way.
We also have tools available to support you along the way with your Package. That include innovative technology such as myCare, a tool that helps you ensure the services you receive are in line with your care needs. You also get access to our accounts payable system, Green Pencil. This lets you view your funding, invoices and statements. We are always coming up with new ways to better support you at home.
