We are a Home Care Package Provider made up of passionate and dedicated team members who support older Australians to live at home happily and safely. 

Admin Assistant - Care Team

The Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the Senior Care Manager’s and Care Managers with the administration component of their role ensuring, timely, efficient consumer care and ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and company processes.

- Must have at least 1 years’ experience in administration.
- Qualifications in Administration or business;
- Drivers Licence and car essential;
- Police check

- Qualifications in a Health-Related Discipline

Care Manager

Here's the type of person we are looking for:

- An enthusiastic individual who understands the importance of helping people and is passionate about providing excellent service.

- A caring and professional nature. Relevant aged care/health qualifications (For example Aged Care, Disability, Social Work and/ or Community Services qualifications)

Desirable: Care Management experience. An understanding of Home Care Packages and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Communications Manager - Digital Marketing Assistant

Managing and boost/engage the followers of our social media platforms. Updating and maintaining our website and Landing pages on WordPress Platform. Demonstrating understanding of PPC Campaign, SEO, SEM and Analytic Tools.

- Experience in aged care/health care would be desirable;
- Relevant degree or diploma qualifications;
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Digital and Social media savvy;

Intake Officer/Client Liasion (NSW)

Based in our Parramatta office, you will be the first point of contact for clients as part of our intake process on-site or virtually. You will work with the clients and their families in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.

- Background in Customer Service/Community Services
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin/Ideally able to also speak Cantonese
- An understanding of Home and Community Care Packages would be beneficial
- Excellent Communication/Written Skills
- Car and Full Australian Drivers Licence
- Be able to travel across the state

Communications Manager - Event Coordinator

Events Coordination
Coordinate, organise and attend all ongoing events and functions arrangements (EXPOs, Senior Social Support Groups etc.)

About You
- Be fluent in Mandarin, and Cantonese, English;
- Experience in aged care/health care would be desirable;
- Excellent communication and presentation skill;
- Relevant degree or diploma qualifications in marketing and event management;
• Full Australian Drivers Licence;

Clinical Care Manager

Within this role you will also provide expert clinical advice to consumers, carers, employees and other aged care professionals that utilise the services

To be successful you must have:
- Current AHPRA registration (Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurse)
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Ideally able to also speak Cantonese
-Nursing background/Qualifications
-An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
-Excellent time management skills
-Experience in Aged Care is desirable

Care Expert

As the Happy Living Care Expert your responsibilities will encompass assisting the Business Development Manager grow the Happy Living business unit.

To be successful you must have:
-Must have at least 1 years’ experience in customer service role.
-Drivers Licence and car essential and valid Police Check
-Flexible work hours and Able to work autonomously.
-Qualifications in a Health-Related Discipline or Business.
-Experience within Community Aged Care
