Don’t Let Fear Stop You from
Getting the Care You Need
Let us help you during COVID-19
In the face of the Coronavirus pandemic it might feel like the wrong time to accept a Home Care Package, switch Providers or spend your Home Care Package funds. We want to reassure you that at Happy Living we have everything in place to continue your journey responsibly, safely and above all – with care.
We believe now, perhaps more than ever, is an important time to ensure that you have the support you need to stay healthy and happy in your home.
Here’s what we’re doing to guarantee that:
A Safe And Efficient Sign Up
We will complete your initial sign-up with us over the phone, to ensure that you are able to get your care and support services started as soon as possible. We understand that at this time it is not the best option to visit you. That’s why we ensure that our phone sign up is as seamless as possible.
Once everything cools down, one of our experienced Client Liaison’s will come out to meet you in person.
The Services You Need Now
We understand now more than ever it’s time to make sure you have supports and services in place to keep you safe and happy at home.
That’s why with us, you have the ability to set-up the services you want and need from your Home Care Package funding as soon as possible. In times of uncertainty, that’s something you can depend on.
Quality Customer Support
With 30 years of experience in the industry, the team at Happy Living will ensure you’re in safe hands. With our supportive and caring team, we guarantee that even at a time where things don’t seem as simple – you will feel confident in your decision to get the most from your Home Care Package.
Here in the office, we are making plans with all our workers and staff to reduce the potential impact of staff shortages on our day-to-day business, to ensure you get the care you need.
Worried About Social Distancing?
If you were thinking about saving your package funds for a rainy day now may be a good time to use them. With the Australian Government placing restrictions on non-essential facilities and encouraging social distancing, rather than reducing or ceasing your care services, it may be a good time to think about how your support team can be best used to rally around you and provide reassuring company during a time of stress.
There are a range of services you can access without having to physically interact with others and still maintain social distancing. For example;
- Have meals prepared and placed in the freezer.
- Have someone do your shopping and pick up those essential items.
- Have someone go to the library and get some books to read.
- Have your garden maintained and well looked after.
- Purchasing goods and equipment including, mobility aids, wheelchairs, toiletry support and more.
- Whatever the situation, we are here to support you as best we can through the tough times ahead.
