Your professional Case Manager will set up a face-to-face or virtual sign-up at your chosen time and preferred place to discuss the services and support you want and when you want it.

Your Case Manager takes care of all your services and support on a daily basis. You and your family just sit down and relax to enjoy your happy and safe life with ongoing premium support from your Case Manager.
